Since we also design and integrate solutions, you will find that we will have far more technical depth than a traditional distributor. Tracan supports our manufacturers standard warranty. In circumstances that require it, Tracan can extend standard manufacturers warranties up to 5 years. We will strive to make sure that you are secure with your investment over the life of the product.
End of Life and Engineering Changes are an aspect of our business. We will fully support our customer base to help design or select a migration path for your application making sure that you are not left out in the cold. Due to our design experience, developing drop in replacements with an eye on backwards compatibility with the opportunity to improve existing designs can extend the life of your program.
