Acquisition of ComputerState Systems Inc. by Tracan Electronics
We would like to announce the completion of the acquisition of ComputerState Systems Inc. by Tracan Electronics Corporation effective Nov 16th, 2006. ComputerState Systems (www.computerstate.com) will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Tracan Electronics Corporation.
Over the next few months the companies will be working to tightly integrate their processes. Please be assured that you will continue to receive the same or better service as you have experienced in the past. No changes to staffing are expected and all customer and supplier relationships will be maintained and improved.
The new combined organizations will be 30 people strong serving the Canadian embedded marketplace. This combination will leverage the technical support and engineering services of Tracan Electronics with the enhanced manufacturing and integration capabilities of ComputerState Systems. The combined company will have offices across Canada in Toronto, Montreal, Ottawa, Calgary and Vancouver, with Engineering and Integration facilities in Toronto and Calgary.
